3. Payments & Billing

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion and assessment results.
Completion does not guarantee employment or licensing unless explicitly stated.
CTE Learning Hub is not liable for third-party recognition of certificates unless partnered.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing before course completion.
Refunds may be partially granted based on usage and administrative costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, and designs are the intellectual property of CTE Learning Hub.
